Good Morning New Horizons: Why do courses start so early?

We all know that the early bird always wins. Sometimes, we wonder if it is too early. As a former USAF Medic, I wake up at 5:00 am every morning without an alarm. Here are the most common questions I get from my clients: Why do some courses begin at 6:00 am?
Courses at 6:00am – Up before the Sun Students
To offer our clients the best Guaranteed to Run schedule, we have partnered up with New Horizons across the United States. This means that courses are offered daily and weekly so you can fit in training with a live instructor.
Courses that start at 6:00 am are typically taught via Hosted Distance Learning, (HDL), in our training facilities. You can also take OnlineLIVE (OLL), from your home or office. 92% of respondents opted for online instructor-led training (Online LIVE), as their preferred method of training. *
Courses from 7:00am to 8:15am – Early Risers
To mirror the work hours of most organizations, our courses are taught by local NHLG Instructors at 7:00am and 8:00am. As we adjust our schedule to meet your needs, you will see more courses starting at 8:00am over the next few months. These courses can be taught HDL or OLL and Traditional Instructor Led Training (ILT). Many of our clients from the State and Local Governments prefer to take these courses during normal business hours.
Midday and Afternoon Classes – Night Owls
Local cohorts start anywhere between 11:00am – 4:00pm. If you prefer to attend courses in the afternoon, please contact our Training Experts. We can help you create a customized training program.
Students – Whenever I Want O’Clock
A robust collection of productivity tips and tools allows you to get the information you need exactly when you need it. New Horizons’ NH Anytime eLearning catalogs are the most current and engaging video learning library.
