Why do I need emojis for Android 7.1?
Emojis are indispensable for communicating online. Without them, any dialog would be incomplete. They are loved by people of all ages. Not only are they easy to use in messages but they also help express emotions in a way that can be understood better than text. Emojis have failed to reflect the diversity of people, and show men and women equally in certain trades, thereby intensifying stereotypes. Unicode 9’s new Emoji options will help to address this issue. When your phone receives the Android 7.1 update, they will be available in supported keyboards. They’re already available if you own a Pixel.
